Portrait Photography Workshop
This 3 week course is designed for those wanting to take better portraits with real expressions. Learn how important lighting is, how to find it and
work with the best available light and what to do when there isn’t any.
Learn basic natural and outdoor lighting techniques, basic posing and how to interact with a subject to get real expressions. Basic editing will also be
touched on.

Go even further in depth into lens/aperture choice and how that affects an image.
This class will review some of the Intermediate Photography information, but knowledge and comfort using your digital SLR on an advanced setting or
manual will be very helpful. A point and shoot with manual controls may work for this class, but you will get more from this class with a digital SLR.

Bring your fully charged digital camera, any lenses you have, and owner’s manual.  We will have the opportunity to apply what we are learning in
class as well as optional assignments with feedback.
