A full refund will be given if notified 8 or more days before a program/activity takes place.

A 50% refund will be given if notified 7 days or less before a program/activity take place.

NO refunds will be given the day of or after a program/activity has taken place.
P.A.Y.S.
In an effort to provide the best possible sports environment for your child,Maize Recreation Commission has endorsed the P.A.Y.S.
(Parents Association for Youth Sports) program.The purpose of P.A.Y.S. is to educate and motivate youth league parents to create the
ultimate youth and sports environment aimed at making the child's experience safe,positive and meaningful.

To implement this program,the Maize Recreation Commission will require parents of all sports participants to attend a meeting outlining
the details of  the P.A.Y.S program.Meetings will be held at the Maize Recreation Office and will last approximately 45 Minutes upon
completion of the P.A.Y.S. program,you will be given a signed card that will remain valid for two years.A master list of all P.A.Y.S. members
will be kept on file at the Maize Recreation Office.

Baseball & Softball Registatration
Deadline is Monday, March 12, 2012.
Basketball games on Saturday, January 28th
will be for 2nd-4th grade boys and girls at
Maize South Middle School.
There will be NO games for all age groups on
Saturday, February 4th.
